"Peace"
Was quite an overcast and rainy day today so i took some time out to visit Somersby Falls for the second day in a row. Having photographed it yesterday and not quite feeling happy with the results i came back with a different perspective of the place. My gear got soaked, i got soaked, i slipped over (more than once, hurt a lot!), but i got a lot of shots done and this was one of them! I felt totally in my element, for some reason waterfalls and rainforests seem to have a special place in my heart and i feel like im "home" whenever im amongst such beauty and power.
I called this photo "Peace" because thats what i hope to convey through this photo, a place of solitude, reflection and peace.
"Peace"
Felt such peace and calm as i took this photo. The soothing sound of the water and the drizzling rain brought a sense of tranquility. The vibrant colours of the ferns and rocks was notable as i sat back and took in the moment, feeling more alive than ever.
